Chad O'Brien, Agent/Owner

Chad has lived in Marshfield since he was three years old. His parents purchased an automotive service station when he was young, and he spent a great deal of time there after school. Those experiences gave him a great deal of insight into what clients expect. He knows relationships that are built over time are the key to success.

 

After graduating from Marshfield Senior High, Chad attended the University of Wisconsin-Marshfield for two years, and then completed his bachelor’s degree in Business Management at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. In 1999, Chad began his insurance career with MSI Insurance (which was later bought out by Country Insurance & Financial Services). In 2006, he decided to become an independent agent in order to be able to serve more clients with the opportunities that arise from having relationships with many insurance carriers.

Chad and his wife, Stephanie, have three daughters: Lilly, Sofia, and Evalyn. Chad looks forward to working with his current and new clients and believes that he provides a level of service that is unsurpassed.

 

Brent Brooks, Agent

Brent has been in the insurance industry since June 2023. He is licensed in property and casualty and has over 30 years of experience in sales and customer service.

 

Brent went to High School in Necedah, Wisconsin, and after graduation he proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years. He moved to Spencer in 2008 where he lives with his wife Amy and their 6 kids.
